Emmerson S.A. has extended its portfolio of office buildings to which it provides services on an exclusive basis. Our company is the exclusive agent for an office building situated in Warsaw – Włochy, at ul. Na Skraju 32.
It is a 4-storey building with the total lease area of 2100 sq.m. The area of a typical storey is 650 sq.m. High standard of the building, meeting the criteria for class B office buildings, will provide a comfortable work environment for lessees. Also, a ground parking lot is projected next to the building and it shall comprise 30 parking places. Opening of the building is planned for the turn of June and July 2009.
